Community Presentations
Welcome to DFW Wildlife Coalition’s
NEW Wildlife Speakers' Bureau
Do you belong to a community group that has regular meetings and would love to have a speaker and presentation about the urban wildlife we share our cities with?
Then our WildSpeak! team is the one for you. Our volunteers are trained to provide adult presentations. Each presentation features the species’ natural history, how they fit into our urban ecosystems, conflicts that can arise between wildlife and humans, and helpful tips we can all use to better coexist with our backyard neighbors.
The WildSpeak! presentations are ideal for individuals and groups interested in gardening, composting, wildlife, birding, nature, and education. Our presentations are especially helpful for homeowner associations concerned about the wildlife with whom we share our cities.
Be sure to specify whether you'd like a presentation on:
- BIRDS
- REPTILES
- MAMMALS
- COYOTES in an urban setting
with your WildSpeak! request.
WildSpeak! committee members include Rose Banzhaf, Diane Baxter, Rhonda Thomson, Michele Dudas, Beverly Guthrie, Beth Hickman, Valerie Marler, Kathy Milacek, Scarlet Nicewarmer, Kristi Ontiveros, Karla Vargas, and George Veazey.
